After the morning session, guests are welcome to join us at TPC Louisiana to watch the first round of the Zurich Classic in Zurich’s Hospitality venue on the 9th green and enjoy other activities. Pre-registration required, round-trip transportation provided from The Roosevelt to TPC Louisiana.
Description
The session will start with an inspiring keynote address from Cathy Bessant, Chief Operations and Technology Officer of Bank of America. Since 2010, has been delivering end-to-end technology and operating services across the company through nearly 95,000 employees and contractors in more than 35 countries. Bessant has held a number of senior leadership roles for the company throughout her career. For the 2nd consecutive year, she is ranked No. 1 among the “25 Most Powerful Women in Banking” by American Banker. She also appears on Working Mother magazine’s “50 Most Powerful Working Moms” list of 2018.
In addition, a diverse panel of leaders will discuss how they used “diversity of thought” to help them succeed and to become more innovative. Diversity of thought is primarily based on our thinking as it is shaped by our culture, background, experiences and personalities. Companies that bring together people who think differently from one another—for example, analytical types with creative types, big-picture people with more detail-oriented —can create new ideas, driving innovation and success.
The session ends with an opportunity to network and/or participate in a charitable activity, followed with complimentary and activities at the PGA Golf Tournament course.
