New Orleans, LA (September 7, 2006) – Bill Reinhardt was elected Chairman of the Board by the Board of Directors of the Fore!Kids Foundation, effective today. Reinhardt replaces Mike Rodrigue, who held the Chairman position for eight years.

Reinhardt, who is of counsel to the law firm Blue Williams, has been a member of the Fore!Kids Foundation since 1982 and a member of the Board for ten years. He has been the Chairman of the Player Recruitment committee since 1996. Reinhardt was chairman of the Compaq Classic (as it was then known) in 2000. Reinhardt, as Charity Chairman, also worked with Rodrigue to set up the grant process that the Fore!Kids Foundation now uses to fund worthy charities.

"I thank the Board for this opportunity, and thank my wife and my partners at Blue Williams for supporting me in this exciting endeavor," said Reinhardt. "Mike and I have worked closely together for the last decade. He has been a dynamic chairman and is a good friend."

Rodrigue will remain on the Board and assume chairmanship of a newly-created Special Projects Committee.

"Under Mike's direction, the Foundation has made a significant difference for children's charities over the years and under his leadership, our PGA TOUR event has grown to be one of the premier tournaments in the country.
