New Orleans (March 22, 2006) – J.J. Henry, Steve Lowery, Justin Rose and Joey Sindelar have committed
to play in the upcoming Zurich Classic of New Orleans. The event will take place April 24 - 30, 2006 at English Turn Golf and Country Club.
J.J. Henry finished T5 in last year's Zurich Classic. Such a strong showing in New Orleans was no surprise. In 2005, he finished in
the top-125 on the money list for the fifth time in five seasons, establishing himself as one of the most consistent young players on
tour. A product of the Nationwide Tour, Henry's only professional win came in 2000 at the BUY.COM Knoxville Open.
Steve Lowery, a two-time TOUR winner, will make his 17th appearance in New Orleans in 2006. Lowery missed the cut in 2005,
but will look forward to this year's return to English Turn where he has made 11 of 16 cuts and finished in the top-ten four times.
TOUR veteran Joey Sindelar made the cut in 2005 but finished tied for 78th and will look to better that finish in 2006. Sindelar
has seven victories on TOUR to his credit with the most recent coming in 2004 at the Wachovia Championship where he won in a playoff.
The victory provided a rebirth to his career after a 14-year absence from the winner's circle.
Justin Rose, the exciting young international star, finished 17th in 2005 at the Zurich Classic. Justin is coming off of his best
season on tour in 2005 finishing 55th on the money list. He has four international victories on his resume but has yet to breakthrough
on American soil and may still be hunting for his first victory in late April at English Turn.
