New Orleans (April 18, 2005) – Todd Hamilton has officially committed to play in the 2005 Zurich Classic of New Orleans. The Zurich Classic is scheduled for April 25 – May 1 at the Tournament Players Club of Louisiana.

Hamilton won two tournaments in 2004: the British Open Championship and The Honda Classic. That same year, at age 38, he was named PGA TOUR Rookie of the Year on the strength of those two wins. He also holds 14 International victories, primarily on the Japanese tour, where he finished third on the money list in 2003. This will be Hamilton’s second visit to the New Orleans tournament.
